- Come off the M5 @ junction 27 heading for Tiverton /Barnstaple 361 the link road.
- Follow to Barnstaple until you see a sign for Landkey Swimbridge turn left. Go up the hill and turn right there is a sign for Newport the first turning right is a no through road.
- Follow this road past a garage on the (John Beers) left and views on your right of Barnstaple.
- Turn left into Deer park road just before the bridge, there is a grass bank just before the turning and a sign on your right for the North Devon Hospice.
- Follow the road round past the hospice on your right, round past the Thatch Cottage up the hill and we are the fourth and only red brick house on the right hand side. (Hardwick House)
- Parking is along the small white wall or drive. Go through the Black side gate on the right hand side and up the steps to the entrance keys will be left by arrangement , or come to main entrance.
- Milk tea coffee will be provided on your arrival.
